Background

As international luxury eyewear giant Luxottica grew its retail network they faced data complexity and communication challenges. As an organization with many brands and thousands of locations, being without a single system to house all active and archived site and project information was causing inefficiency and data redundancy. Luxxotica sought a scalable system with permissions based security protocol to deliver critical program information to all stakeholders. In addition, processes such as construction bidding could be streamlined leading to greater cost savings and enterprise efficiency.


Solution
